Returns & Refunds

To ensure that you receive your products as fast as possible, our team is working round the clock to process and dispatch all incoming orders without any delay. Thus, we have implemented the below cancellation terms to ensure a flawless process for all our customers.

Our cancellation terms

  1. You have 2 hours after an order is made to request cancellation by sending an email to customer.service@elitelux.store
  2. Any cancellation request beyond the 2 hours will unfortunately get rejected.
  3. All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Visit our returns center.
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts, promotional items, gift cards, underwear clothing and customized products are not returnable.

Returns shipping costs will be your responsibility unless it is deemed the fault of Elite LUX Store in scenarios such as:

  1. Incorrect Size/Color/Model sent
  2. Different Product than requested was sent
  3. Damaged / Faulty Product Sent 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method, within 10 working days. 

Shipping, Delivery & Import Duties

Once you place your order, we'll have it prepared within 3 business days at most.

Our delivery takes about 3-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

There might be a chance that you receive multiple shipments if you've ordered from different partners.

Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided for each order. You can also track its location under 'My Orders' in your account.

How to track multiple shipments under same order? It's very simple, just go to "Track Order" page and input your Order # & Email. You will see something similar to the below. Just click through the different shipments "F1-F2...".

All our product prices displayed are inclusive of Customs and Duties charges for shipments within EU countries.

Orders above $800 USD to the United States may be subject to Customs and Import Duties charges.

All other countries may be subject to Customs and Import duties charges. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs if any per the custom laws of the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

Please note that Elite LUX Store has no control over customs and import duties charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as policies and import duties vary widely between countries. Thus, if Customs and Import Duties charges are required to be paid for any order including but not limited to EU countries and the United States, Elite LUX Store will not be held liable for these charges.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.  

How much will shipping cost me?

We currently deliver to 42 countries around the globe. A list of the countries to which we deliver and the estimated delivery time can be found on our Shipping Policy page.

We've partnered up with FedEX, UPS, DHL to ensure reliable and fast shipments.  

  • Handling Time will range between 1-3 Days.
  • Our Delivery times range between 3-7 Days.

Where do your products ship from?

Elite LUX Store currently operates through multiple warehouses located within Europe and United States. We can't guarantee from where the product will be shipped as it highly depends on warehouse availability and other factors.

Thus, please note the below regarding import duties and charges that you may need to expect.

Warranty & Guarantee

We offer a warranty of 6 months for the complete watch and the manufacturer´s warranty of 2 years warranty.  

The manufacturer´s warranty applies exclusively to the movement, it extends to material defects and manufacturing errors.  

  • The manufacturer's guarantee does not apply to:  
  • Battery, case, watch glass, clasp or bracelet.  
  • Damage caused by improper handling, negligence, accident or normal wear and tear.  

The guarantee is void if the watch is damaged by accident, negligence, improper repair or other circumstances that are not attributable to material defects or workmanship.
